Asset Performance

Target Setting for Asset Performance Measures

This project develops a target setting methodology for asset performance measures. Setting targets is a common way for organisations to establish performance expectations. Targets help prioritise improvements to an asset base. However, the validity of targets is challenged when performance is influenced by factors beyond the control of the manager. This is an industry research project under the CEED program that uses the Water Corporation as a case study.

Bio for Daniel Green

I am a final year MPE (Mechanical) student after completing my BSc in 2014. My undergraduate studies included an Accounting Major which always makes me consider the Engineering impact on the business. I have swum the English Channel, play beach volleyball and enjoying cooking a BBQ after a full day of four-wheel driving outside my studies.
